Provisional Board

Fiinu's provisional Board of Directors has the wide-ranging skill set and diverse experience necessary to oversee Fiinu effectively once it is authorised. Fiinu's governance structure is being formulated in line with industry guidance from the Financial Stability Board and regulatory expectations as set out by the PRA and FCA, including requirements set out under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR).

Fiinu's Board appointments will be subject to regulatory approval by the Bank of England, FCA and PRA. All appointments will be for a fixed term, starting when Fiinu receives its bank licence, albeit initially authorised as a bank with restriction. Until then, Board members have no formal responsibilities or obligations, although the provisional Board does meet regularly in order to help the management team with the bank application process.
